When you return an item to us, you must:

(2) include the original packing slip; and
(3) the item must retain all tags and show no signs of use.

handling fees on drop ship items. Some of these oversized drop ship items

Before returning any item(s), please email our customer service
department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN). Include the order number, name, address and identify the
item(s) you'd like to return. Once you receive an authorization number, you

Please note that EuroToy Wonderland will not process returns without
our Return Authorization Number (RAN) located on or close to the shipping
label and on the original receipt inside the package.
We strongly recommend that you insure the return package. This protects you
in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only
credit you for item(s) received in our warehouse. We'll send an email when
your return is processed, and you'll see a credit to your card within one
billing cycle. If you are returning gift or sale merchandise, we'll send you
a merchandise credit via e-mail.
