☺what are my shipping options?

We have three shipping zones: Eastern, Central, and Western.

Eastern: Michigan, Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, Rhode Island, Connecticut, South Carolina, West Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts.

Central: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Florida, GEORGIA, TENNESSEE, KENTUCKY, INDIANA, MICHIGAN, WISCONSIN, ILLINOIS, MINNESOTA, IOWA, MISSOURI, ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota.

Western: Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington

We calculate the order total after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied and before tax (if applicable) is added.

If your order totals $75 or more (not including items that require special shipping) and the shipping destination is within the 48 states, your order will be shipped at no charge to you via USPS!

We cannot guarantee the the exact transit time. Therefore, for orders that need to arrive by a specific day, please choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which normally does take 2-3 business days to arrive (but it is not guaranteed)!

If we receive your order by 12 pm EST, we'll ship it that day. Orders received after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method.

You'll be able to see exactly what you'll pay for shipping during the checkout process. If the cost of shipping an item differs from the price you see in the shopping cart, you'll be contacted via phone or email. We won't ship your order until you approve the shipping price.
 

Because oversized items require special shipping considerations, a surcharge will be added to the shipping price. We'll contact you for approval of the shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your shopping cart.

☺ Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship internationally via USPS. An additional shipping charge will apply to oversized items shipped outside the U.S. We'll contact you for approval of a shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your shopping cart. We'll wait 48 hours for follow-up approval from the ordering customer before we cancel the order.

Drop ship items are items that we do not stock, but that can be sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Drop ship is NOT AVAILABLE outside of the United States.

☺What are your rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO, and other U.S. territories?

We use only USPS to ship to these destinations; express service is unavailable. If your items weigh over 2 lbs, a surcharge will be applied to the order and we'll contact you with the exact shipping charges. You'll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped. Please provide us with complete contact information during checkout, as we'll have to cancel your order if we need follow-up approval and don't hear from you within 48 hours.

☺Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Currently we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
 

We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party any fees assessed by the shipping company.
